By this petition, the petitioners seek writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce Ms. Gauri Pankaj Dhawan before this court. On 17/4/2023, this Court had verbally directed API -Milind Pathak, who was present in court to produce by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

rsk 2 2-WP-1359-23.doc child was illegally detained and wrongfully confined by respondent Nos.4 and 5.

Today, Ms. Gauri Dhawan was produced before us in the chamber. We interacted with the child, who is in 10th Standard. She states that she is very happy residing with her parents i.e. respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and that she has no complaint against her parents and there is no ill-treatement.

In view of what has been stated in the interaction with Ms. Gauri Dhawan, it does not appear that there is any illegal detention or wrongful confinement by her parents. 4.
