This application is taken out by applicant for modification of the order by which she was directed to attend Investigating Officer on 11th, 13th and 15th March 2019 alleging that as she was required to get admitted in hospital on 9th March 2019 and advised to take bed rest for three weeks, she could not comply with the conditins and therefore, prays for passing suitable order. Application is supported with medical certificate which substantiate her case. In that view of the matter, applicant is now directed to attend Investigating Officer from 25th April

ppn 2 919.appp-528.19.doc 2019 to 30th April 2019 between 10 a.m. to 1.00 noon and thereafter as and when called and shall co-operate with investigation including making herself present for medical examination. Application is disposed of in above terms.
