The applicant herein is arrested on 8th July 2017 in Crime No.286 of 2017 registered at Bhosari, Pune City for offences punishable under section 395, 342, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court, by order dated 12th July 2018 had rejected the application filed by the applicants under section 439 of Cr.P.C. The applicant is in custody as under-trial prisoner for the past five years. It is reported by the learned APP that till today, charge is not framed. The present applicant is a woman. was the member of a racket which has exposed several respectable people to social obloquy by dragging them into a honey trap and threatening them and extorting money by crying either molestation or charges of rape. Taking into consideration that she is a woman she be enlarged on bail. Hence, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed;

(ii)The applicant - accused Sonam Dattatray Pawar arrested in Crime No.286 of 2017 registered at Bhosari, Pune be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and one or more solvent sureties in the like amount;

(iii)The applicant shall not reside in Pune till the framing of charge and thereafter, she shall mark her presence before the Sessions Court on each and every scheduled date; (iv)Upon failure to attend any consecutive dates or to represent by lawyer, the prosecution would be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail;

(v)Upon being released, the applicant shall inform Bhosari Police Station about her residential address, mobile number

to the concerned Police Station;
