The learned counsel for the applicant states that despite of an attempt was made for intimating the applicant of the pendency of this matter, he has th April, 2016, delay in not received any instructions. Vide order dated 26 filing the application is condoned. Thereafter it appears that the th June, 2017, application has not been served on the prosecution. On 13 nd this Court recorded that the applicant has remained absent from 2 th February, 2017 on the request of the applicant's August, 2016. On 17 th June, 2017 none appeared Advocate, the same was adjourned and on 13 on behalf of the applicant.
