Mr.Pandey, learned counsel for Petitioners, on instructions, submitted that, the parties herein i.e. Petitioners and Respondent Nos.3 & 4, have settled the matter amicably and have executed 'Consent Terms' dated 6th May 2022. He tendered across the bar Consent Terms dated 6th May 2022. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioners and Chief Promoter of Respondent No.3 and partner of Respondent No.4. Their signatures have been duly identified by their respective Advocates. The Petitioners are present in the Court and admit execution of the Consent Terms dated 6th May 2022. Said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, the Petitioners have already handed over possession in favour of Respondent No.4. In view thereof, impugned Order dated 5th April 2022 does not survive. 3.
