As against the impugned order, the Petitioners has remedy of instituting an Appeal. Therefore, Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the Petitioners on the basis of instruction from the Petitioner who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to institute an Appeal against the impugned order. 2.

Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.
