Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is present in the court and he has received instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition with request to expedite the hearing of Regular Civil Suit No. 1236 of 2012. To that effect, he has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked "x" for its identification.

Hence, following order is passed:

a) Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

b) Hearing of Regular Civil Suit No. 1236 of 2012 is expedited.
