By consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, we pass the following order :- (i) The earlier orders passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act shall stand set aside.

(ii) Respondent No.2 is granted liberty to make a fresh Application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate which shall be decided in accordance with law.
