The appellant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 302 of IPC. He was undergoing sentence in Yerawada Central Prison, Pune. A report is received from Nasik Road Central Prison which states that the appellant expired on 25.8.2014. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In this view of the matter, the appeal abates and is disposed of as such.
