The petition is filed seeking direction to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint.

The petitioner's complaint dated 1.4.2014 is annexed at Exhibit A (page 9) to the petition. On the basis of the allegations made in the said complaint police have already registered N.C. Complaint on pps

21 wp 1679-14.doc 2.4.2014. We have gone through the contents of the complaint. We are satisfied that the complaint does not disclose commission of cognizable offence. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file private complaint.

Subject to the above, we do not find any merit in the petition. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
