The applicant is the original complainant in C.R.No.6 of 2019, registered with EOW for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with 34 of IPC.

The grievance of the applicant is that the FIR was registered on 12th January, 2019, and, apparently, the police have submitted "C" summary report, which has to be accepted or rejected. In the circumstances, the trial Court is requested to decide the issue related to rejection of summary report within a period of three weeks from today.
