Learned Counsel for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw the Petition, when we were not inclined to quash the FIR i.e. CR No. 407 of 2021, registered with the Colaba Police Station, Mumbai, with the consent of the parties.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to state, that the Trial Court to conduct the case on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Petition.
