This interim application is moved for modification/ relaxation of the order dated 31 October 2023, passed by the learned Sessions Court in Criminal Appeal No.743 of 2023, and the order dated 30 January 2024, passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.101 of 2024 by reducing the amount to be deposited to Rs.10 lakhs instead of 20% of compensation, i.e. Rs.83,24,387/-. 2.

After hearing the matter for some time, the learned
