Learned Counsel for the Applicants/Petitioners prays for amendment of the Petition on two grounds. Firstly, during pendency of the Petition, Petitioner No.2-mother of Petition No.1 expired. As such Counsel prays deletion of name of Petitioner No.2 from the array of the Petition in the title clause. Learned Counsel then submits that during the pendency of the Petition, the Interim Application is filed to take on record charge-sheet. As such learned Counsel prays for placing on record a copy of charge-sheet with incorporation of additional ground and consequential amendment in the Petition. Learned Counsel also prays for adding original complainant to the Petition as party Respondent. An oral prayer is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried within one week from today. 1/2
