It appears that the trial Court convicted the applicant by order dated 31 August 2007 in Sessions Case No.392 of 2003 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. It further appears that this Court had dismissed the appeal filed by the applicant against his conviction. The present application for bail therefore cannot be entertained and the same is rejected.
