The grievance of the Petitioner is that his application filed under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has not been considered and decided by Respondent no.3 as yet. Without commenting on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the Petitioner, we direct Respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's application (Exhibit-A to the petition) in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four months from today. 3.
