Appointed Advocate informs this Court that Sessions Case No.271 of 2019 was disposed of by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli vide an order dated 2nd May, 2023 by which the applicant came to be acquitted of the offences punishable under Sections 302, 324, 323, 504, 120B r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned Counsel has tendered copy of the aforesaid order. The same is taken on record.
