On 12th July, 2018 this Court has made the following order. "The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time on the ground that he has to receive written communication from the Corporation whether they want to proceed with the matter against the respondent or not in view of revised tariff and the accepted of the same by the respondent. 2.

By way of last chance, stand over to 19th July, 2018, otherwise the counsel to proceed with the matter on the next date.

Today when the matter is called out, neither the Petitioner nor his advocate is present. It appears that the Petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this matter. Since the Petition relates to the year 1995, no further adjournment can be granted. Even in the past when the matter came up, the Petitioner was not reluctant to proceed with the matter and applied for adjournment. Vishal Parekar 1/2

For all the aforesaid reasons, this Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
