In the light of the earlier order passed by this Division Bench, Mr. Sawant, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondents, makes a statement on instructions that full compliance is made with the earlier order dated 10th January 2017. The orders of absorption of the three applicants/petitioners have been passed. Their absorption in services with the nearby schools would be made and their pay bills/supplementary pay bills would be duly dispatched so that they would obtain all the monetary benefits and in terms of the Rules and Regulations applicable to their services.

Since the above compliances are reported and now it is stated that within a period of one week from today, the pay bills and supplementary pay bills would be forwarded, we need not keep this Civil Application pending. The grievances of the applicants are duly redressed. The Civil Application is disposed of. 3.
In the light of the statement made by Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, we place this Petition for admission on 08.02.2017 on supplementary Board. Place this Petition alongwith Writ Petition no. 7997 of 2014 and Writ petition No. 7415 of 2014 on the next date.
