This is an Application for condonation of delay of 374 days in filing present Criminal Appeal No.772 of 2021. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for Applicant submitted that, after taking benefit of the directions issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Suo Moto Writ Petition (c) No.3 of 2020 in Re : Cognizance, for extension of limitation, as a matter of fact there is no delay at all in filing present Appeal. He submitted that, however by way of abundant precaution present Application is filed.
