DATE : 25 APRIL 2023 P.C. :- The interim application is moved for recall of the order dated 21 March 2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2232 of 2023. According to us, recall is not necessary as the grievance of the Applicant is that the order passed under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002 by the

Trupti 38-ia-3992-2023.doc concerned Magistrate was not being implemented. This issue is also dealt with in a group of petitions referred to in the order dated 21 March 2023 and the order passed thereupon applies to the case of the Applicant. Further, the State Government has also come out with separate guidelines in that regard.
