The petition is filed for quashing FIR being C.R.No.260 of 2014 registered with Worli Police Station, Mumbai. 2.

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP, upon instructions from the officer concerned, stated that the investigation in respect of the said C.R. is completed and C summary report is also filed. She tendered a copy of the letter dated 14th July, 2015, of the Senior Police Inspector, Worli Police Station, Mumbai. The said letter is taken on record. 3.

In the above circumstances, the grievance of the petitioners will not survive. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
