The applicants herein, who are the appellants in First Appeal No. 2856 of 2006 have sought to delete the names of the respondent nos.3 and 4.

The learned Counsel for the applicants state that the respondent nos.3 and 4 were the parents of the deceased-Vinayak Desale. He states that both these respondents have expired leaving behind the appellants as the only dependents of the deceased. Salgaonkar
