Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. 2.
The applicant, vide Judgment and Order dated 28th January, 2016, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli, has been convicted and sentenced as under:- - for the offence punishable under Sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code to suffer R.I for 8 years and to pay fine of Rs.25,000/- in
2/4 default to suffer R.I. for 6 months;
- for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code to suffer R.I for 3 years and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- in default to suffer R.I. for 3 months.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant was on bail, pending trial and that he has not abused or misused the liberty granted to him. He submits that the co-accused in the aforesaid case i.e. the applicant's mother and father have been enlarged on bail by this Court, pending the hearing and final disposal of their Appeal. 4.
Learned APP does not dispute the fact that the applicant has not abused or misused the liberty granted to him. 5.
Perused the papers. It is not in dispute that the applicant was on bail pending trial and that he has not abused or misused the liberty granted to him. It also appears that the co-accused in the aforesaid case i.e. the applicant's mother and father have been enlarged on bail by this Court, pending the hearing and final disposal of their Appeal. The Appeal
3/4 has been admitted by this Court vide order dated 24th June, 2016 and the same is not likely to come up for the hearing in the immediate near future. 6.
Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the applicant is enlarged on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of his Appeal, on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount;
(ii) The applicant shall attend the trial Court on the first Monday of every alternate month between 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon commencing from January, 2017, pending the hearing and final disposal of his Appeal;
(iii) The applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact number immediately after being released and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the
4/4 trial Court and to the concerned Police Station, in writing. 7.
The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
