Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. We have perused the prayers in the Petition. As far as the prayer clauses (b) and (c) are concerned, with the passage of time, both the prayers will not survive.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner relied upon the order of this Court in this very Petition along with the connected Petitions (in the case of Dadasaheb Arjun Gulve V. State of Maharashtra and Others [2008(2) BCR 712)].

As far as the prayer clause (a) is concerned, the same has become academic for the purposes of this Petition. As far as the binding

Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
