Heard. This application is made by the petitioner for an order of status quo in respect of the issuance of duplicate share certificate in favour of auction purchaser i.e. respondent Nos.2 and 4. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 4 submits that this court (Coram : M. S. Sonak, J.) by order dated 15.01.2016 declined to grant any ad-interim relief or interim relief in favour of the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives in the Civil Application, which is made for the same cause of action.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 4 and earlier order dated 15.01.2016, I do not find any substance in the Civil Application.

Hence, the Civil Application stands dismissed in view of order dated 15.01.2016. No order as to costs.
