P.C:- This Petitioner was seeking permission to travel abroad. The said Petition was partly allowed.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there are several lacuna while filing this Petition. In view of this, learned Counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition. Liberty as prayed for, granted in the interest of justice to file fresh Petition before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court Esplanade, seeking permission to travel abroad.

The learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate shall consider the application on its own merit without being influenced by the withdrawal of this Petition.
