Applicant who is granted bail by this Court on 23rd February 2016 was directed to furnish P.R bod in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant is aged 73 years, and all the male members of his family are in custody in the present crime, and thus, is not in a position to furnish P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- as above. She however, prays that said condition be modified directing the applicant to furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in like amount.

Tilak 2/2 (913)APPP-321-16 Having considering the fact that the applicant is already held entitled for grant of bail in an offence of which investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed, and on considering the fact that all the male members of family of applicant are in custody, submissions made appears to be reasonable. Accordingly, order is modified as below.

O R D E R

Applicant - Yusuf Umer Shaikh shall be released on bail in Crime No.57/14 on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in like amount.

Rest of the conditions stands as it is.

Application is disposed of.
