The respondent is entitled to withdraw Rs.2,25,000/- along with accrued interest therein. The appellant is entitled to refund of balance amount and interest accrued thereon. The amount of statutory deposit be sent to the Tribunal which the appellant is entitled to withdraw. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of consent terms Exh.X. The Court fee be refunded as per rules.
