The delay is only of 69 days and the same is properly explained in the application filed by the original complainant which is on affidavit.

Hence though the learned Advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4 has vehemently opposed the application, as the sufficient cause is shown, the following order;

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Delay in lodging the appeal is condoned.

(iii) The application is disposed of accordingly.
