The application is moved for pre-arrest bail as the applicant/accused is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.40 of 2015 registered at Kothrud police station for the offences punishable under sections 452, 341, 143, 147, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is the case of the prosecution that the complainant Raju Pandurang Bhosale was a Director of Television company and gave a contract to applicant/accused No.1 for making some serial and there was some dispute in respect of payment. On 20.1.2015, the applicants/accused Santosh Bhansali and other 10 to 15 persons went to the office of the complainant and demanded amount of Rs.43 lacs. There were verbal altercations and they broke the computers, printers and threatened the complainant and went away.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that out of all the sections, only section 452 is non-bailable. There are no criminal 1 / 2

Learned Prosecutor has opposed the application. However, she confirms that there are no antecedents.

Perused the FIR. Considering the manner in which the offence is committed and as there are no antecedents against the applicants/accused, Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed on the following conditions:

i) In the event of arrest, the applicants/accused shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount; ii) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence; iii) The applicants shall not indulge into any kind of offence or threatening the complainant or the witnesses, while on bail; iv) The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and attend the concerned police station on every Tuesday between 4pm to 6pm, till filing of chargesheet.
