After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Applications with liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction over Ulhasnagar Police Station, District Thane on or before 11.00 a.m. on 15th April, 2019. Leave and liberty granted.
Both the Applications are dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
