Mr. Jaywant appearing for applicant in the interim application listed today states that though the interim application is for adding applicant as party respondent to the petition, nothing survives in the petition itself. 2.

Mr. Jaywant states that the prayer in the petition is to hand over 1/2 AMOL

Mr. Jaywant states that subsequent election has been held to the Shri Sainath Co-operative Housing Society Limited and charge has been handed over to the elected managing committee. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Jaywant and the fact that nobody is appearing for petitioner though the name of advocates is shown in the cause title, Petition dismissed. Consequently, interim application stands disposed as infructuous.
