As per the said pursis, the matter has been settled and the original complainant has agreed to compound the offence. The Respondent No.1 has paid the agreed amount in lieu of full and final settlement. The proceedings before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate have been disposed vide order dated 13th August 2022.

The Petitioners No.1 and 2 and the Respondent No.2 have produced the copies of their Aadhar Cards. The same are verified from their originals. The copies are taken on record and marked 'X1', 'X2' and 'X3" for identification respectively. 5.

In view of the above, the matter is disposed of in terms of the settlement before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of. 6.

Record and proceeding be sent back.
