Learned counsel for the applicant tenders a draft amendment for inserting various paragraphs in the civil application. 2.

Learned counsel for the Pune Municipal Corporation has no objection if the amendment is permitted as sought in the civil application and also as per the draft amendment tendered across the bar. Statement is accepted.

The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and also in accordance with the draft amendment 1/2

4-caw1385-19.doc tendered across the bar, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. The copy supplied to the respondents shall also be amended simultaneously. It is made clear that merely because we have permitted the applicant to carry out the amendment, none of the respondents have deemed to admit any of the contentions or the averments made in the civil application and the draft amendment tendered across the bar.

The respondents would be at liberty to file a reply to the amended portion of the petition within two weeks from the date of the petitioner carrying out the amendment in their copies and shall serve a copy thereof upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter. 5.
