Heard learned counsel for the parties. The Civil Application is for recall of a self operative dismissal order passed by Registrar (JudicialII). For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay in taking it out is condoned and the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(A).

The Applicant/Appellant shall remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the first appeal shall stand rejected under Rule 5 of Chapter V of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules.
