Having heard Mr. Prakash Shah for sometime and expressing our disinclination to entertain this petition, on instructions, it is stated by him that the petitioners would file an appeal to the Appellate Authority against the impugned orders passed on 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st March, 2016. 2.

He states that the appeals would be brought and filed within the period of limitation specified in law. If these appeals are SRP 1/2

WP4718.16.doc indeed filed, the Appellate Authority shall deal with them and pass an order as expeditiously as possible and within two months from the date of the filing thereof.
