For the reasons stated in the Applications and in the interest of justice, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The Applicants in ABA Nos. 667 of 2018 and 668 of 2018 are hereby directed to implead Smt. Induben Anil Ashar, the first informant as Respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the Application be served upon the first informant within the same stipulated period.
