Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicantpetitioner as also the learned AGP for the respondent on Civil Application No.2000 of 2016 seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.36007 of 2013. The said writ petition was dismissed for non-compliance of office objection vide order dated 30th September, 2015. As there is delay in filing the Civil Application, explanation has been offered seeking condonation of delay in filing the Civil Application. On being consideration, we find that the applicant has been satisfactorily explained the delay in filing

rpa 2/2 caw-2000-16.doc this writ petition. The delay is condoned. We are also satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non-compliance of the office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application No.2000 of 2016. The writ petition be restored in its original file. Civil Appliance is, accordingly, disposed of. Now the office objection to be complained with within four weeks from today.
