The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court at Esplanade, Mumbai in Case No.882 of 2010 on 9.5.2017. 3.

In view of this, the non-bailable warrant about proclamation is stayed till 9.5.2017. The petitioners to appear before the concerned Court on 9.5.2017. In the eventuality that the petitioners do not appear before the Court on 9.5.2017, the non-bailable warrant be executed and the proclamation shall take a deemed effect.
