1] The applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.I-75 of 2017 dated 13.4.2017 registered with Kasarvadavli Police Station, Thane under section 370(3) of the Indian Penal Code and sectioins 3,4,5,6 and 7 of the Prevention of Immoiral Traffic Act, 1956.

2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of chargesheet.

3] The role attributed to the applicant in the present crime is that, he was conducting a hotel namely "Shambhuji" situated at Ghodbundar Road, Thane where the police had conducted raid and found certain 1/2

aba.825-2019.doc women indulging into the vocation of prostitution. The record indicates that, the victim women were major and they were indulging in the said vocation at their own will. During the course of investigation, the police have arrested the Manager and other persons who were in fact indulging into the said activity and have been now released on regular bail. Prima facie, it appears that, the applicant has no direct role to play in the present crime. The police have completed the investigation and submitted chargesheet.

4] In view thereof, the applicant can be granted by pre-arrest bail. Hence the following Order:- i] In the event of arrest in CR No.I-75 of 2017 registered with the Kasarvadavli Police Station, Thane , the applicant shall be released on bail on her furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

ii] Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
