After the petition was heard for some time, Mr. Bangur states that petitioner's Bill of Entry will be assessed within such time as the court may be pleased to direct.

Respondents are directed to finally assess Bill of Entry No.7818102 dated 11th March 2022 by 15th December 2022. Within two weeks from today, petitioner shall also be given a personal hearing, notice whereof shall be communicated atleast three working days in advance. The assessment order shall be a well reasoned order dealing with all submissions of petitioner.

We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.
