It is the grievance of the petitioner plaintiff that respondents/ defendants No.1 to 3 are engaging in unauthorised and unlawful construction activities on the suit site. However, the authorities of

Chitra Sonawane. 2 19-AO-285-2024.doc the respondent/corporation have not taken any action against the defendants, nor have they addressed the petitioner's complaints. 3.

After hearing the matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the sole grievance of the appellant lies in the fact that the concerned authorities of the respondent corporation have not yet decided the complaints dated 11 March 2024 and 18 March 2024. The appellant seeks a directive for the timely resolution of these complaints by the concerned authorities of the respondent corporation.

In light of this, the respondent corporation is directed to decide the complaints above, on their own merits and in accordance with the law, expeditiously and as far as possible within eight weeks from the receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of. As a sequel, the pending application also stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this court has not examined the merits of the matter, and all contentions of the parties are left open. [ R. N. Laddha, J. ]
