The learned AGP has produced on record copy of an Order dated 6th April, 2017 passed by the State Government which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Though belatedly, the State Government has complied with the directions issued by this under Court Order dated 7th December, 2016. In the facts of the case, it cannot be said that the delay is willful or deliberate. Hence, no case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 3.

The petition is disposed of.
