In so far as Civil Application No.1855 of 2014 is concerned, the same has been filed by the original Petitioners. In so far as Civil Application (Stamp) No.13889 of 2014 is concerned, the same is filed by the original Respondents. The said Civil Applications have been filed in a Petition which has been disposed of by order dated 11.04.2014. In view thereof, it is not possible to entertain the above Civil Applications. With the liberty to the parties to adopt appropriate proceedings, the above Civil Applications are disposed of. Needless to state that if any such proceedings are filed by either of the parties, the same would be decided on their own merits and in accordance with law.
