By an Order dated 4th April 2019 the Applicant was granted interim relief.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr. Sudhir Sankhe, Police Inspector, Wada Police Station, submitted that, during the course of investigation, it was revealed that, the Applicant has no direct role to play in the present crime, though she has been shown as a partner in ' M/s. Raj Mega Developer' along with her husband Amrit Purohit. It is revealed that, Amrit Purohit has committed present crime along with co-accused Chandraprakash Vyas. That, after completion of the investigation, charge-sheet has now been filed in the Court of competent jurisdiction against the said accused. 1/2

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

Interim relief granted by Order dated 4th April 2019 is confirmed. 5.
