The applicants in both the civil applications claimed to be the legal heirs of the deceased appellant.

Mr.Shah, learned counsel appearing for the applicants in Civil Application No.1284 of 2018 does not dispute that the applicants in Civil Application No.1285 of 2018 are the daughters of the original appellant.

Both the civil applications are accordingly allowed. No order as to costs. Office is directed to permit parties to carry out amendment in the memo of the appeal. This Court will decide at the time of hearing of the second appeal as to who will be allowed to argue first. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the respondents' advocate within one week from the date of carrying out amendment.
