The Petitioner had filed this petition challenging the judgment and order dated 19 April 2022 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal), Mumbai where the Petitioner was not permitted to appear for the main examination in the State service.

By a detailed interim order dated 5 May 2022, the Division Bench of this Court permitted the Petitioner to participate in the main examination. Thereafter, the petition has remained pending.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that the Petitioner was not successful in the main examination and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
