ORDER
(i) The appeal is disposed of in terms of consent terms taken on record and marked 'X' for identification;
(ii) Award shall be drawn in terms of the consent terms within a period of one month from the date on which this order is uploaded;
(iii) Writ of the order along with record and proceedings, if received by this Court, shall be forwarded to the Reference Court within a period of two months from the date on which this order is uploaded;
