Considering this situation and also taking into account

14&15-wp-5792&5794-23 the apprehension expressed by learned Senior counsel for the Petitioners, the Hon'ble Minister is requested to decide both these revision applications including the maintainability of the revision applications before him within a period of four weeks from 08/05/2023.

In view of this direction, learned senior counsel for the Petitioners does not press both these writ petitions and seeks liberty to avail of appropriate remedy in accordance with law; in case any adverse order is passed by the Hon'

ble Minister. All the questions raised in these petitions are left open. 4.

With these observations, liberty and directions, both the petitions are disposed of.
